At TrueGods, every piece is crafted with care, intention, and premium quality. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right—within reason.
Returns Accepted
We currently do accept returns. We encourage you to check sizing guides and product details carefully before making a purchase. We provide store credit as a refund amount.
🔁 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, you can submit a request via our Exchange Page. Exchanges are accepted only for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. We charge 100Rs for pickup service or you can send it to us at our address.
💸 Refunds (Only for Damaged Items)
We offer refunds only in the case of damaged or defective items. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Please email us at Customercare@truegods.in within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product showing the damage.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for size issues, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.
